“Antiquing We Go” is 30 Years Old in 2015!   Est. 1985

For those who love Antiquing, Flea Markets and Tea Rooms this guide is a must have.  It has detailed maps to the front door of each shop in SW-Central & Missouri state entry, tourist center or a local shop.  “Antiquing We Go” can be found in several of the Kansas City, St. Louis, Arkansas and Oklahoma shops.  It is all over the place!  Each year it is printed a different eye catching bright color.

I am Cheri Russell, publisher of “Antiquing We Go”.   I want your experience to be relaxing and easy for you to locate each shop!   You need to be able to enjoy yourself while searching for Antiques, Primitives, Collectibles, Glassware, Carnival Glass, Depression Glass, Fenton, Linens, Quilts, Kitchenware, Tools, Vintage, Furniture, Advertising, Architectural Salvage, Fishing, Deco, Books, Toys, Military, Records, Clocks, Jewelry, Art, Pictures, Artifacts, Crocks, Cottage, Shabby Chic, Americana, Cast Iron, Garden Stuff, Buttons, Lamps, Memorabilia, McCoy, Knick Knacks or Junk to find that special something calling out to you.  In other words I want you to be able to SHOP TILL YOU DROP!!

“Antiquing We Go” was born in 1985.  Three years after doing a guide for Ozark, Nixa and Rogersville I went on KY-3 TV with Lisa Richardson-Rose to announce I was now going to do a guide for Springfield. Before we were off the air, the phone at home and at the TV station was ringing off the hook with dealers wanting a guide for their town.  So came the idea of one large map for Springfield and surrounding towns. Please, tell the shops that you love “Antiquing We Go” and that you are glad they are listed in it. EACH shop pays a fee to be included in the brochure so they need to know it was money well spent!   Please, always call ahead before making a special trip. Days and hours are changeable.  My husband Mike and daughter Arianna and I live on my family homestead c1824 outside of Ozark. I love family heirlooms, but not everyone has them.  Besides, I can never get enough old stuff.  I have the fever!!!

I love going to Antique Shops, Flea Markets & Garage Sales!  God help you, if you are in the van with me when I see an antique shop or garage sale sign.  My heart starts to pound fast and I get all excited, I just can’t get out of the car fast enough.  I love searching for gifts that bring back all those special memories of days past.  Remember your old childhood toys, grandma’s old handmade quilt, your child’s rocker, marbles or maybe an old toy train or doll.  That’s the whole purpose of this guide, is to help you find what feeds your addiction and then take it home with you or give it as a gift.  Please, enjoy and have FUN.  Be sure to like us on Facebook and leave your comments!
